The Afro Latino Institute focuses on Latinos/as and Caribbeans of African descent in the  US with the goal of providing a bridge that expands our understanding of the African diaspora, its contributions, proposals and the  importance of a multicultural world.

We support the struggle for racial, social and Economic Justice through organizing processes, dialogue and Action by engaging communities, creating accessible educational materials, and organizing public events.

Our Mission is to build social scenarios of Solidarity & Multiculturalism through the study sharing knowledge and culture of the Afros in the Americas, with special emphasis on the afro-diaspora from Latin-America & the Caribbean living in the US.
